How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Gopublication Concrete should be treated fairly. If something did not go the way it should, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can I Bring to You?

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Gopublication Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

What If My Problem Is With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Just know that Gopublication Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

How Do I Send a Complaint?

Email contact@gopublication.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens After That?

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

What If I Am Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed contractors.
